Mr. Liping SHEN specialized in dispute resolution in civil, commercial and administrative cases, and has extremely rich experience in legal service provision in civil, intellectual property, administrative litigation and civil and commercial arbitration. Mr. Liping SHEN has worked in the Haidian District People's Court of Beijing for 16 years and dealt with more than 900 civil, administrative and enforcement cases among which there were a large number of difficult and complicated cases that caused widespread concern in the society, including Yang Yusheng v. Beijing Cultural Market Law Enforcement, Beijing Letao Culture Development Co., Ltd. v. Google Information Technology (China) Co., Ltd. and other unfair competition disputes, as well as Zhang Kaisheng v. Beijing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. Mr. Liping SHEN has joined Lung Tin Law Firm in March 2018.
