Managing IP’s annual survey ranks the top Patent Cooperation Treaty filers in the main patenting jurisdictions on December 3rd, 2018. To compile the tables, PCT applications with a priority date between January 1 and December 31 were extracted. These correspond to applications which entered the national phase from January 1 to December 31, 2017. Lung Tin ranks top 15 firms in China for PCT work this year from MIP.
