Natalie has expertise in patent invalidity proceedings, administrative litigation, patent infringement litigation, trade secret disputes, legal opinions relating to patent infringement and freedom-to-operate, as well as patent prosecution, etc. She is very experienced in patent cases in technical areas of automation, mechanics, display and lighting, tele-communication, computer software and hardware, internet, electronics, semiconductor, etc. Ms. Li has handled over 500 patent prosecution and litigation cases for many well-known enterprises, among which the patent infringement case between DET and APPOTRONICS was selected as typical precedent of the IP tribunal of SPC in 2020. Natalie joined Lung Tin in February 2019.

Natalie was licensed to practice as a Chinese lawyer in 2017 and as a Patent Attorney in 2016.
