Ms. Li specializes in patent prosecution, patent invalidation and patent infringement, especially in the pharmaceutical field.
Ms. Li is qualified as patent attorney and attorney at law. She has more than 15 years’ experience as an IP practitioner. She used to work for one of the biggest IP firms in China as a partner and then joined an international pharmaceutical company as IP director. Now she works for Lung Tin as a partner.
Ms. Li graduated from Peking University with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry in 2003. In 2007, she obtained her LL.M. degree from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and LL.M. degree from Aberdeen University. 2017, she obtained her doctor degree in intellectual property law from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
Ms. Li was licensed to practice as a Chinese Patent Attorney in 2010 and passed the National Judicial Examination in 2004.
