Mr. Wang is an Attorney-at-Law and Patent Attorney in Intellectual Property Litigation Practice and specializes in intellectual property litigations, involving disputes over patents, trade secrets, technology-related antitrust, and unfair competition.

Mr. Wang started his patent career as a patent examiner in Patent Reexamination Board（PRB） and had been working there for 8 years.  Mr. Wang had rich experiences in handling patent cases in the fields of electronic, semiconductor and computer.  Mr. Wang joined in King & Wood Mallesons in 2015.  Six years in KWM, Mr. Wang was involved in a lot of important patent litigation cases, such as Huawei vs. Samsung, Qualcomm vs. Meizu, Hytera vs. Motorala etc. Mr.Wang specializes in patent cases in the chip and other electric devices field. The deep understanding of the patent law really impressed the clients he provided services.

Mr. Wang also has represented a number of multi-national companies such as Qualcomm, SK hynix, JDI、Toshiba、Nidec and HTC in IP disputes.

Mr. Wang was licensed to practice as a Chinese Patent Attorney in 2015 and started practicing as a layer in 2013
