Mr. Li Yongqian is the deputy director of Lung Tin Law Firm. He has nearly 20 years of experience in intellectual property. He has worked in the Invention Examination Department of Optoelectronic and the Patent Reexamination Committee of the CNIPA, serving as examiner and deputy director of the Industrial Design Department (presiding over work), etc. He has rich experience in patent examination, reexamination and invalidation examination. He has presided over nearly 1,000 invention examination cases and more than 300 patent invalidation cases. Many invalidation cases were selected into the "Reexamination Invalidation Typical Cases". He has undertaken a large number of tasks in the compilation of the "Patent Law Implementing Rules" and the "Patent Examination Guidelines", the negotiation of provisions of China's accession to the Hague Agreement, and the "Reexamination Invalidity Typical Cases".
